I got a call 2 days after I submitted for the position online. We did my first interview with the store manager in-store that week. The same day, I was called to setup distric manager interview that next week in-store. Later that day I was called and offered the position and a higher pay rate than I previously said I would be okay with. Interviews were both over an hour. Chst like a girlfriend would - but work related topics, or traffic getting to the interview (only if you made it on time anyway), or how much you're interested in the company...forever and ever and always, come with questions to ask!!!

The interview process took about a week all together with interviews with both the boutique manager and district manager. The boutique manager interview consisted of a 15 minute sit-down conversation and also a 15 minute boutique interview which consisted of a walk-through and a couple role-play situations.
