hi Caroline, i was offered the job 8 days ago and have yet to be told when my induction is, they told me they had to work out rotas etc and 11 other people would be starting with me so it could a week or two. they only asked me 4 questions - 1. have you ever worked I a customer facing/customer service role? I told them I had worked in a cafe before so I had experience. 2. did you have any goals to aspire to in these jobs? - I said yes as in my previous job we had to provide "service with a smile" so had to always treat the customer with respect etc. after this question he then put a yes on the front of my application 3. they then asked what hours I could work and I said evenings and weekends, he then put a circle around the yes on my application and said that's what I like to hear! 4. what did I think of the group selection interview? I said I enjoyed it and thought it was fun. - the interview was very informal and was basically to tell me I had got the job. good luck with your interview!
