Greet customer with a warm and friendly smile. Maintain a and a positive, professional attitude, talk to them by being respectful and answer any questions they may have, to the best do my ability. Ask customer what problems or issues they may be having. Offer positive answers to the best of my ability. If unable to satisfy the customer then I would seek managerial assistance in finding a positive solution. Assure the customer that you are willing to assist them within reason in making their travel is pleasant.
