1st we need to intreact with the customer with eye contact and a smile. need to lisen and under stand the customer problem . then finla conclusion. then its geniune problem are manifacturing defalt. i need to check and close the issue . but i make sure that will sastify 100%

Always presentable ,smiling face and give greetings to the customer,treat your customers just like your families, steep one; need to identify what customer needs step two; you should comply the things what they need as soon as possible,do not leave the customer until not finished the transaction to be sure that they are satisfied of your service..
