The interview process was the most streamlined and professional that I have ever encountered! I first had a phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a different position, but mid-way through, recommended me for something else based on my experience. I thought that was wonderful that she took the time to listen to my experience and recommend me for something more in line with my skill set. From there, I had another phone interview with the manager of the team, and then an in-person interview with the manager and another team member. The in-person interview asked in-depth questions about real situations from your own experience, giving them a good idea whether or not you are right for the role. After the in-person, the original Talent Acquisition Specialist kept in touch with me as they moved through the interview process, and eventually, extending the offer to me. Every person I have come in contact with at iCIMS has been unbelievably friendly, knowledgable, and professional, and it makes me excited to start the next chapter of my career there!
