I was extremely impressed with the way iCIMS handled the interview process. From the moment I was contacted from the internal recruiter regarding this role through offer stage, I experienced a tremendously positive experience. The more folks from iCIMS that I met with, the more excited I was about working for the company and the role I would end up signing up for. The recruiter's communication throughout the process was tremendous - even during her vacation, she made sure to push the offer through so I didn’t have to wait until she came back – I also had the opportunity to speak with her manager while she was out and was equally impressed. The hiring manager called me once the offer was sent just to say how excited he was about me coming on-board and if I was equally as excited. The fact that he took the time to do this, reaffirmed my impression about him and iCIMS in general; simply awesome! I have never experienced such a positive experience during an interview process.
