The first interview was held with the in-house recruiter. Second interview was held with the Director or Client Success. Third Interview was held with the COO. Final interview was held by a third party consulting firm.

The interview process was five stages. Recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, team interview, interview with COO and then a third party panel interview. The process was slow, with a full week between follow ups. The COO was 20 minutes late to my interview and barely asked any questions about my professional background.
