The Crossover interview process is really different and our goal is to remove bias and focus on the work. We ask a lot of our workforce, and want them to be adaptable and able to learn quickly. Our team members often have to figure out complex problems that they haven’t seen. We have found that the CCAT test helps us easily find talent around the globe that does this well.
