i was asked if i my college was recognized by the federal board, to which i said no, it was a private college. company had a policy to take in employs associated with only recognized colleges, where as my college was a private, as in 2001, it introduced it self as a recognized college, but ending up with a fact that it was private, till then legal action had been taken overall saying private college degrees have no value, but i still got selected to work with much evolved organisations than the education board of Pakistan. so i depend on my hard work and dedication than on a gov. college degree.
