Entrevista
I applied online and was invited to a group interview, though I use that term lightly. It's really just a casual gathering where you're prompted to talk openly about yourself and experiences to the team and others there. A few days later the store manager reached out to me to schedule a 1:1 interview. It was still casual but more of a discussion about me as a potential employee rather than my personality. After the weekend I received a phone call and was offered a position.

Entrevista
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
