Entrevista
Sent in an online application and what that was successful they called me in for an interview with, who I would assume to be a team lead. The process was really formal and relaxed which was a nice refresher. Not long after I was scheduled for a follow up interview with the assistant manager. That was also super formal, we went for a walk and he had some new, interesting questions, so prepare for the unexpected.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
