Group Interview with 5-8 other candidates, sometimes located at the store itself or a local studio or gym. The questions were answered popcorn style and the interview lasted around an hour. If successful you are then scheduled to have a 1 on 1 interview with a member of the leadership team (managers).

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
