Applied online and was emailed a couple days later for a group interview. The interview took place before the store opening right outside of it. The overall interview was laidback, we sat on the floor in the circle, there were 7 others at my interview, we were all dressed casually, mostly lululemon wear and where asked questions that we each could answer in any order. At the end we filled out our contact info/ availability and gave references. They told us they were hiring for both key leader and educator positions and that we would hear from them by the end of the week, on which case if they liked you, you would be getting a second interview that was one-on-one with the assistant managers.
