Initial phone interview, 1:1 with Sr Dir, a panel interview followed by an additional 1:1 interview with a planning Director. The process started out well but then they dragged it on over 3 months. The recruiter followed up 3 separate times post final interview saying they needed more time, and then ghosted with no follow-up. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience.
