So I have always worked with big MNC but the learning curve is not that great. I wanted a bit of a progressive working environment and good compensation. I had multiple offers when I got interviewed at MZ. Both the rounds were done with the senior members of the organization, they were amazing. The interview was full of information and cleared all my doubts. And once the tech rounds were over, the employee success manager called me to close the offer. All the 3 rounds were great and hassle-free. So usually the HRs from big MNCs are not very responsive, but here even over the weekend my calls were received and answered well.
