      Entrevista

      The first interview was a video interview where you answer 3 questions on camera. If you are selected you move on to a standard phone interview. That phone interview was almost 2 hours, which I thought went well. It was a lengthy and nerve-racking experience. In the end, all I got was a standard email saying thank you for your time but I didn't get the job. If you're going to make candidates take the time to do a video interview, and then go do an almost 2-hour phone interview then the least you should do is take the time to give the candidate a 5 min phone call to let them know they didn't get the role. Not something I would have expected from an outsourced HR company. A little personal touch could go a long way.

      Hello. Thank you for your feedback- it is important to help us to continue to grow. I would like to share our best practices when it comes to communicating feedback following an interview. We do choose to send an email rather than a phone call, as we find these phone calls to be uncomfortable and sometimes awkward for the applicant- no matter how we address the situation. We decided as a result to respond via email. We will look at this practice again however and determine if any changes should be made as a result of any additional feedback we have received. I am not on Glassdoor too often so I am just now getting to respond to your post. My sincere apologies if you felt in any way neglected or unhappy. That is never our intent. I wish you the best.
