Head hunted through LinkedIn. Got a call from recruiter after couple of weeks to setup an interview. Then the interviewer doesn't show up without any prior notice. Recruiter doesn't answer the phone. Recruiter calls the week after and indicates I missed the interview. When explained that it's the interviewer who didn't show up, they schedule another interview with same interviewer. For the second interview, interviewer shows up late, no apologies, then asks trivia questions. Eg: what are the different types of inheritance? Couldn't proceed with the interview because of connectivity issues. When they reached out to schedule an interview again, I've already got another offer and didn't want to move forward.
