2 hour prescreening coding tests for licensed professional software engineers with 15 years experience... that's an awful lot of free work they are asking out of hundreds of applicants... hundreds of man hours, before they will even look at the resume or conduct a classical interview. Thus, I really can only recommend that you apply to this company if you are a recent graduate, you know with absolutely certainty before the application that this is the #1 company you want to work for and you have a lot of spare time for coding tests.
