The company has a very organized and structured HR hiring procedure. I was first contacted through an email (after 3 weeks) to schedule a phone screening. I was then invited for an in-person interview that had a one-on-one interview with the Hiring Manager and then followed by a panel interview with 3 members of the department team. My interview with the hiring manager was great. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and asked follow up questions. On the other hand, the panel interview was straight forward with behavioral questions, BUT was so dry and awkward. It was such an awkward interview because they did not asked follow up questions and did not seem interested to actually learn about my qualifications. (all they did was take notes) Also, I'm applying for an internship position, which means I'm a student and I don't have a lot of experience- I had a difficult time relating to half of the behavioral questions- maybe situational questions may have worked better?
