every interview i sat in on every person always said 10,.. then as soon as said interviewee left my boss and my self would joke about how everyone always say "10,...10,..10,.." to correctly answer this question answer 10,.. then give an explanation of why that specific work trait is important to you,.. and heres the hook,.. when he askes yo to rate your quality of work you have 2 options,..you can either take the humble approachand say "9",.. then continue to explain that you know that there is always room to learn and improve any work skills,... or the assertive route and say "11",..then with a large confident smile explain how you experience and work ethic make you truly a superior worker,..
