The process was wonderful. I had a positive experience with the RM and felt like there was an invested interest in getting to know me. I look forward to hearing more from them. I have not heard back from them yet.

Has Pretty Basic Questions required of Management Interview. Casual discussion that opened the doors for me to Fully share my experience and qualifications. Also allowed for further discussion on any questions that I had during and after interview.

my experience with rue 21 was an utter waste of mine AND their own time. Interviews were never on time and repeatedly rescheduled which would take weeks to follow up about. first scheduled interview was totally forgotten about and was reached out by a recruiter who didn't know i originally applied to this job. There was no communication between upper management. never follows up with the next step in interview process even when they practically spelled out i had the job. the lack of professionalism makes me question how this company is still in business.
