The process was initiated by a member of the HR team. As first point of contact, they set the base of Lego values/culture & current business performance to build assurance of reliability. Then an interview with the GM to discuss potential role & current employment history to gauge fit. Followed by case based questions around the frameworks of both hard & soft skills. Final stage was a case study with first half being Lego values & potential achievements in 90 days. Second half being a technical case study on role.
