Tough, but very thorough and professional interview process. First, I had a phone interview with HR. Second, an online interview with the department. Third, a very relevant case study, which I had a week to prepare before presenting for the department and HR. Fourth, a final follow-up interview. Interviewers were very empathic and communicative all the way through.

The process consisted of 3 interviews, all online via teams. The first with the recruiter, the second with head of the team and people lead/manager and the last with the previous three plus another Sr XD. At the last interview I had prepared a presentation based on the case given by the recruitment team. Overall it was a great process, it was fairly quick (less then 3 weeks from initial interview to job offer). The process was well structured and clear, the interviewers were professional and very engaged.
