1st stage - Had a basic interview with 2 team members and a member from a parallel team. Covered competencies for the role and what I want to gain out of the experience. 2nd stage - Had to prepare a 20 minute presentation solving 2 case studies: one where you had to manipulate a dataset and glean insights, and provide visual presentation of some points; second case study required you to show your thinking process and what points you would consider for a retail related question - didn't need to find any real data or sources.
