I had a short first phone dialogue with the hiring leader giving the basic information about the open position and myself introducing where I came from. Here we could both see if there was a possible match for the position. Next step was a 1 hour online first interview with the hiring leader, a Senior Manager from the area and myself. Here we got a bit deeper into details. Then we had a second 2 hour online interview with Wave test and a case as preparation. The last step was a 1 hour online meeting including the leaders of the other teams of the department.
