I got contacted on LinkedIn. Once I expressed my interest for the position I received a link to set-up a first brief interview. During the first Teams Interview I learned a bit more about the role from the recruiter and I had to submit an official application on the LEGO website. Once I submitted the application, I received another invite to a first official HR -focused interview via Teams. About 4-5 working days later I received another invite for a Teams interview with the department manager and a KAM. About 4-5 days later I received another invite for a last Teams interview with the higher management. A few days later I received a positive confirmation.

Very positive. The interviews were very well organized with flexibility to schedule them. The interviewers were very professional and explained very well the expectations of the positions. Very good experience.
