The interview process was straight forward. I knew the manager previously. Most of the questions had to deal with how to manage and train associates. Questions also delved into how I would handle certain scenarios.

The interview process was a half hour interview with assistant manager and manager. They asked a series of pre-arranged questions. They provided feedback and results within two weeks of the interview.
Straight forward, they were spot on on keeping you updated throughout the process and the debrief was timely as well. They also let you ellaborate on your answers and you don't feel much pressured by the questions
