The interview process was well thought out, clearly communicated and welcoming. Interviewers were considerate and engaging and without trying to 'catch you out' with boilerplate questions about competencies. I felt it was more of a working session where I was able to tangibly contribute to the organisations thinking and receive live information about current/future plans which helped us to connect my experience/skills directly with where they could have the most impact. I was given all of the information I needed throughout the process. Overall, a well-run and pleasant interview process.
