I initially interviewed for another senior financial role but didn't pass through the second round of interviews. Both recruiter and hiring manager were AMAZING! Very open and honest approach. After I was rejected for the first role recruiter contacted me told me the reason and that they would love to stay in touch. Few weeks later another position opened up and they reached out. I passed both second and final round and they offered me the role by end of the week. Never came across this approach to hiring. I felt like they were genuinely looking for person for the role and for the team/company, someone who seemed authentic, approaches role with curiosity, empathy, playfulness but also knows their stuff. No trick questions. I had a study to complete which was very straightforward and didn't take much time. Recruiter kept checking in with me throughout the process - wished me luck before every round, checked with me after every round, he even reached out before my first day. Their approach is very refreshing.
