First, I had a phone screening interview with the Human Resources Manager. Then I interviewed with the Senior Video & Digital Producer and the Director of marketing. The entire process took about one month.

Was contacted by a very bubbly and bright junior recruiter, everything went really well, went on to the next stage. Where I was interviewed by 2 managers from TheScore. Interview went great we were laughing, getting along pretty well. They complimented my process and work on my social channels. I then proceeded to the creative test, handed it in on time. I then was told I would hear back the following week, no answer. followed up, was told the same thing again. no answer the next week. followed up, was told they would have an answer in a couple weeks. couple weeks go by no answer, scrolling through YouTube one day and see 2 new faces on their YouTube channel good for them! I'm glad they found the right fit. I'm upset cause they kept me on the hook for 6 weeks with little to no communication, how unprofessional is that? Reach out to the recruiter stating my finds and just asking for feedback on my creative test (I thought it went pretty well, and seemed to vibe well with the interviewers). Also, just wanted feedback from them since they are such a big channel/company, and it would be valuable feedback to help improve my craft. He said he would ask the team and would get back to me. Two weeks go by follow up again, same answer. Haven't heard from them since. Incredibly unprofessional management, poor communication skills, and just generally a very negative experience.
