I applied online, sent in my cover letter and CV and was contacted via email a few days later (very speedy!)
I was then asked to complete a small online test.
After completing the test I was invited for interview.
The interview was very fun and informal, we discussed our personal motivation and backgrounds (a two way street) and it lasted around an hour.
I came away feeling more relaxed than I ever had done from any other interview in my career to date.
