I applied online via u2i website. The next step required solving four tasks on Codility. Three were algorithmic and one was databases related. After that there was a Skype call that lasted less than an hour. Whole call was in English. Part of it was talking about past projects. There was also another algorithmic task and one databases related task. Final step (for me) was interview at the company's office that lasted around 2 hours. Technical part was in English and required designing a simple database and solving yet another algorithmic problem.

The recruitment process has a few steps. First of all, I had to apply through u2i's website. In the return mail I got online puzzles to solve - some algorithmic tasks and I think one database question. Afterwards, a person from HR contacted me to schedule a skype call during which I've also been solving some programming tasks and talk a lot about myself. The call lasted about one hour but I had a chance to ask a lot of questions about the company. As a last step I got invited to the interview in the office. The meeting lasted about 3 hours and was divided into two parts - technical and soft. And again, it went really nice. I appreciated low-stress atmosphere and quick communication.
