Got call from the staffing agency and they scheduled an interview with Udaan. There were total of 3 rounds. The interview process was quite smooth and interviewers were quite helpful. Day 1 First Round : I was supposed to design the Splitwise app in 90 mins with basic features. Code should be extensible and modular. I would rate this round moderately easy. Do prepare this problem before going for Udaan interview, this is their goto question. Second Round: It was purely product-based design round. Ask me to come up with params by which you can decide the quality of a Uber Ride. And a lot of questions around this. FYI in Udaan, there is no concept of Product managers. Dev only handles the product as well as tech side. In your company, if you work closely with your PM then you should be able to crack this round. This was all on day one. If you clear these two round then they will ask you to come for tech/Bar raiser/CTO round on the next day. Day 2 CTO round: This round was taken by CTO of Udaan. Really friendly and knowledgeable guy. He asked me about the entire journey right from my first company to my current one. He asked me to pick one project and wanted to explain it in detail. Then he jumped to the current stack I am working on. Since its GO, he asked a lot of questions on advantages, disadvantages and inner working of GO. And after that, he asked basic behavioral questions. I was quite positive that I have cracked the interviews, but sadly it was other way round I didn't get the offer. I asked for feedback from HR but I haven't heard anything back from her.

Interview process was Smooth and steady. Recruitment team was very responsive and followed up nicely. Highly recommended to take up the udaan interview round, it really helps to brush up the knowledge.
