I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company’s interview process. First red flag — decided to call me very late at night on Chinese New Year’s Eve for the initial screening. Completely unprofessional and shows zero respect for candidates’ time or cultural holidays. During the actual interview, one person was practically MIA. Both individuals in the meeting refused to turn on their cameras, which already created a very impersonal and uncomfortable atmosphere. It felt one sided and disengaged from the start. Then proceeded to bombard me with nonstop technical questions. There was no conversational flow — it felt like I was sitting for a final exam rather than attending a professional interview. No effort to ease the candidate in, no discussion, just rapid-fire questioning. On top of that, they came across as pushy from the very beginning, which made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Overall, the process felt rushed, poorly handled, and lacking basic professionalism and candidate respect.
