Well, First I applied online, they called me and I entered a UX Challenge. Then, IQ Test, Then I make a wireframe at home and send it back. Then I got into the final process to the interview. I was in the final stage with another candidate and They accepted the other one as I've been told that they was looking for experienced one. So why would you make all those steps for filtration. You could've easily filtrate candidates from CVs or according to their LinkedIn profile .
