They are really slow in the interview process and their questions are really not much related with the position that you are applying for. In my interview for maintenance they also asked me things no even close to my field. During interview the manager of the department talked about people that he fired and people that he don't like to deal with. He also mentioned about the company from where he came and the cons from the previous company. The company is really slow and confused to get someone hired and very easy to let someone go without any reason.
