Not answering the 5 years question but some other note from your review: Based on your review, you kind of blew it when you asked about the long hours from other reviews. As a general tip, avoid mentioning about Glasdoor (or any review sites). Epic's culture is about long hours, weekend hours (forced by schedule and volume of work). If you ask a question about the long hour, you have immediately blown your interview, at least at Epic. On a different note, Epic is on low hire surrge and most of these interviews are kind of eye wash to show the company is actively hiring. They do hire undergrads, so that's not a problem that some happen to have Masters Deree.
