directly 25+years TONS of experience building, implementing and supporting various LMS platforms yes to all of the specific skills questions I asked for a couple of days to write a customized plan for the first year. They agreed and I did. I later got feedback that my plan was clearer, more specific and more comprehensive than the other 5 candidates.
