McLaren Racing NEXT is a high-impact learning and development programme designed to support 25 exceptional young women in STEM from the UK, US and EU as they explore careers in motorsport and related industries. Delivered in collaboration with Allwyn, Cisco and Deloitte UK, the 2025 edition centres on a five-day, in-person experience at the McLaren Technology Centre and Programme Partner offices in London.
