✰ 𝔹𝕋 𝕊ℙ𝕆𝕋𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 ✰ Meet: Jean Paul M. T. I've been with The Perfect Child ABA for seven (7) Months, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I'm passionate about helping children reach their full potential and making a positive impact in their daily lives. I was inspired to become a Behavior Technician because I enjoy working with children, and family building meaningful relationships, and celebrating every milestone—big or small. Seeing the progress our clients make reminds me why I chose this career. What do you enjoy most about being a BT? What I enjoy most is building trusting relationships with my clients and their families. Every day is an opportunity to teach new skills, encourage growth, and help children become more confident and independent. What's been your most rewarding experience while working with our clients? The most rewarding moments are watching a client achieve a goal they once struggled with, whether it's learning a new communication skill, becoming more independent, or accomplishing something their family has been hoping for. Being part of those milestones is incredibly meaningful. Read more: https://www.tpcaba.com/post/behavior-technician-spotlight
Meet Claudia, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Perfect Child ABA who will celebrate her first year with us this July. One of the biggest reasons families leave us such wonderful reviews is the quality of our BCBAs, and Claudia is a perfect example, pairing deep expertise with genuine compassion. 🌟 𝔹ℂ𝔹𝔸 𝕊ℙ𝕆𝕋𝕃𝕀𝔾ℍ𝕋 🔦 Hi everyone! My name is Claudia, and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). I will be celebrating one year with the company this July. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have been working in the field of ABA for over eight years. My journey began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), a role I held for six years. During that time, I worked directly with clients across home, school, and community settings and developed a strong foundation in behavior analytic principles and intervention. I then spent one year working as a Behavior Specialist before earning my BCBA certification. These experiences provided me with a well-rounded understanding of ABA services from multiple perspectives and strengthened my passion for supporting individuals and families.
