Job Responsibilities

• Supervise corrugation board line to achieve maximum production output with optimum machine speed and minimum wastage.
• Ensure smooth production flow with minimum breakdowns and downtime.
• Manage manpower on the production floor and maintain discipline and efficiency.
• Monitor board quality, GSM combinations, bonding, flute quality, and overall production standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance team during breakdowns and machine issues.
• Ensure proper production planning and shift execution.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in corrugated board manufacturing.
• Strong practical knowledge of corrugation board line operations.
• Ability to handle production targets efficiently.
• Understanding of machine settings, paper combinations, and quality control.
• Leadership ability to manage operators and helpers on the floor.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under production pressure.

Preferred Candidate

• Candidates with hands-on experience in high-speed automatic corrugation plants will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
