We're looking for a warm, organized and proactive Patient Coordinator/Receptionist who can guide patients through their entire experience, from their first visit to treatment completion, with clarity and confidence. This person builds genuine relationships while keeping the schedule full, following up consistently and helping patients move forward with care in a way that feels supportive and seamless.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients before, during and after treatment.
• Build strong relationships and ensure patients feel comfortable, informed and cared for
• Handle patient concerns, questions and follow ups with professionalism and empathy
• Treatment coordination
• Communicate insurance benefits, estimates and approvals to patients
• Onboard all new patients
• Front desk operations

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
