Job Summary
As we continue to grow in the Mobile area, we are looking to add an enthusiastic members to our local financial agency. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of management. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of our operations while contributing to our company's success. You will learn the skills needed to build relationships with our current client base, cultivate new clients, and how to grow and develop your own team. A promotion into leadership is possible within 90 days but not guaranteed.

Duties

• Assist in daily operations and management tasks.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn sales management techniques and apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Present a needs-based analysis to assess what works best for our clients

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent communication skills
• One year of leadership experience is welcomed but not necessarily required.
• Pass background check, valid driver's license, reliable transportation
• Must have a Windows based laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
