Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a busy restaurant environment. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
• Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or table
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and maximise sales
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Support team members in various tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

• Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
• Experience in serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Kitchen experience or culinary background is desirable but not essential
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
