A well-established, privately held custom fabrication company in southeastern Pennsylvania builds industrial process equipment — pressure vessels, power plant components, and nuclear-related assemblies — for clients across the country. Every project is engineered to order, which means no two days look the same on the shop floor. This is not a production environment. The work demands welders who understand the science behind the weld, not just the skill of laying a bead. If you're a multidimensional welder/fitter looking to put down roots, grow your career beyond the torch, and join a company that actively develops its people into QC, estimating, project management, and beyond — this is the move.

- Operate plasma cutters, grinders, overhead cranes, and forklifts as part of daily workflow
- Create fixtures, maintain tight tolerances, and straighten assemblies as required
- Read and execute weld procedures, QC plans, and work instruction documents — then verify your own work against those standards
