We are looking for an IT Application Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and maintain business-critical applications, ensure system reliability, and work closely with development teams and clients to resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support and troubleshooting for production systems and internal platforms.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system incidents, user issues, and application errors within agreed service levels.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure system availability and stability.
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Perform basic SQL queries, log analysis, and system checks to support issue investigation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide status updates and incident resolutions.
- Document issues, solutions, and support procedures for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in deployment support, system configuration, and release activities when required.
- Support testing activities and verification of fixes before deployment to production.
- Ensure proper incident tracking and reporting using project management or ticketing tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in IT application support, system support, or technical support roles.
- Basic understanding of web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Experience with SQL queries, log analysis, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Experience with ticketing or project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support internal teams and clients.
- Required language: English.
