We are looking for an Administrator to help with hotel operations, booking guests, monitoring bookings, facilitating house keeping duties, preparing for events, coordinating with food and beverage, dealing with guests need, social media posts and monitoring of enquiries, inventories, of rooms, laundry facilitation and management, recruitment and training of staff for housekeeping
Your other administrative duties, are updating internal database,. Our ideal candidate has experience in excel, preparing reports on sales and expenses. and hotel management. Must be able to meet deadlines
*Full board logging accommodation is provided/ or car where ever needed
*The starting salary will depend on the previous job, work experience, and interview.
* with restday of 1 day on weekdays due to high volume of checkins on weekends .
