Descrição Florida's Agency for Workforce Innovation employs a variety of methods to help get Florida employed. The agency oversees such state programs as unemployment benefits and appeals, workforce development, and labor market statistics production and analysis, all designed to help Florida's low-income and disadvantaged find gainful work. It partners with Workforce Florida, Inc., to operate Employ Florida, a network of state and local jobs with some 90 career centers statewide. The agency's Office of Early Learning division administers and manages Florida's school readiness and pre-K programs. The agency has an annual budget of approximately $1.5 billion.
