Culture is a dynamic entity that evolves, springing from the founders' vision for the future and the organization they aim to build. Culture grows and shifts alongside the startup, vibrant and ever-changing.
In our case, this document evolved based on critical behaviors in past experiences here at BotCity. We've also identified behaviors essential for the environment we envision for BotCity's future. Combine this with our dream work environment, giving rise to this culture code we've crafted. This document was updated a few times with new inputs from the team as we keep growing.
