The DYL Group loves to change the look of a city's skyline. The real estate developer has its hands in a variety of commercial projects including high-rise condominiums, hotels and resorts, retail, and mixed-use properties. The company has a handful of upscale projects underway in Florida, including a W Hotel resort in Fort Lauderdale and a 56-story condominium and office tower in downtown Miami. The company was an affiliate of CL Financial, a holding company with operations in several industries, until developer DYL Group acquired control in 2006. CL Financial, which is based in Trinidad, and DYL Group remain development partners.
